Refund & Shipping Policy
REFUND POLICY:
No returns/exchange/cancellation unless I am at fault, such as, wrong size, etc.
No exchanges or returns are accepted on t-shirts, DTF transfers, or any other items from Triple A Designs. We will not cancel any orders, so please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order.
If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate items, please send me an email to tripleadesignsllc@gmail.com within 3 days.
DTF TRANSFERS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS; WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON. If your custom DTF design files are submitted and not in the correct format etc., your order will be cancelled for store credit only. Any requested cancellations that can be processed will be provided with a store credit for the entire purchase price. They will not be refunded to the original payment as all sales are final. Once an item is queued to print, we cannot stop processing for any reason. All orders are made to order, and we cannot stop mid-production.
CUSTOM shirts that are Bleached and Hand Dyed are one of a kind. No two shirts will be the same.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping times aren't the same as processing order time frame. Turn Around Time is 7-10 business days for Made to Order or Custom/Personalized items. For DTF gang sheets TAT is 1-2 business days and for DTF single transfers TAT is 1-4 business days. Turn Around Time for Weekends, Federal Holidays, and Personal Vacation is not included in TAT. Items like Bleached or Hand Dyed shirts can take longer to process before shipping.
If you need an item by a certain time, please email me at tripleadesignsllc@gmail.com before placing your order to ensure we can create and deliver that item in the timeframe you need it.
All Shipping is done through USPS. We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.
Orders are sent to the shipping address provided. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Triple A Designs is not responsible for packages that are non-delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
